All of those things are b.s ! To be quite honest with you I really don't think they care about any of their employees below management! I've been here for six months, and in that time I've literally watched 70% of co-workers in my department leave. From the very first time that I was interviewed for my position I was told that i would be part of a team, and that it's very family orientated.
